cocktail of the month

this winter many of our grooms opted for the “his” specialty cocktail to be our delicious maple old fashioned. this simple and savory cocktail is easy to craft with three simple ingredients: bourbon, maple syrup & bitters. we like garnish ours with an orange peel & cinnamon stick to elevate the senses. one of our groom's even put his own spin on the cocktail with a bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and it was the hit of the evening (shout out to justin)! for the bourbon our favorites are makers mark, knob creek or woodford reserve. stay tuned for more cocktail recipes each month from our beverage director, cameron hildebrand.
